Stilson Builders is a Commercial / Residential General Contractor in Bend, Oregon seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for commercial, residential and tenant improvement work. We are looking for hard working and self motivated individuals with strong leadership and computer skills.
The position includes benefits, competitive salary, and paid time off. A company vehicle and gas card is provided in most cases

Construction Superintendent Skills:
• 3 years of experience in a construction superintendent position
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specs
• Strong computer skills
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
• Extensive experiencing managing schedules, people, and budgets
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project), Bluebeam, Procore (Preferred)
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
• Coordinates all work carried out by laborers, tradespeople, and vendors
• Works closely with architects, engineers, clients, and other professionals
• Creates and coordinates work schedules
• Provides look aheads and daily reports
• Works with the schedule, budget, and client satisfaction in mind
• Has a vast knowledge of safety procedures and how to implement job site safety
• Has a keen eye for quality workmanship
• Able to hold laborers and tradespeople to the highest standards
